    • Automatic payments can be scheduled for residential, commercial, and large volume customers.
       
  4. Mail in your payment
    • Envelope provided with the utility statement. 
       
  5. HEB Stores
    • Store locations in Corpus Christi.
    • Please note, HEB payments may take up to two business days to post.
    • Payments must be via cash, credit or debit card only. No checks accepted.
       
  6. Pay in person
    • At Corpus Christi City Hall located at 1201 Leopard, Corpus Christi, Texas (1st floor)
       

All returned checks will have a $30 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee assessed. The returned check plus NSF fee must be paid in full via cash, credit, debit, money order or cashier's check.

Customers needing payment assistance are encouraged to visit https://docs.cctexas.com/forms/UBOArrangement or call customer service for a payment plan.
