Council Approves Cole Park Pier Ordinance Amendment

Cole Park Pier is a popular destination for residents and tourists who enjoy fishing, sightseeing or just enjoying the weather. Since Cole Park Pier has been around for many years, it has been rebuilt twice and seen numerous partial renovations to maintain the structure.
The Pier was rebuilt and open to the public again in December 2021. The City welcomes the public to review the history of the pier, actions taken by the City, funding sources and more!

The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
