About the Project
The City of Corpus Christi worked with the Freese and Nichols planning team to create a new Padre/Mustang Island Area Development Plan. This plan will give guidance for future development in the area and identify opportunities to improve existing facilities. Based on community input and guidance throughout the process, the plan includes conceptual drawings and implementation strategies to bring the ideas in the plan to reality.
