Drew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M College Station and is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas. He also maintains a Class A water license and Class D wastewater operations license. He is a past Chair of the Texas Section of AWWA and has been actively involved in AWWA for more than 20 years. Outside of work, Drew enjoys running and cycling in remote areas, and also enjoys farming and ranching on his South Texas Farm.
