Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Portland, Texas will host a State of the City with a luncheon beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the program taking place from Noon - 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Portland Community Center, 2000 Billy G. Webb, Portland, Texas. The purpose of the event is to learn what is happening in the City of Portland, Texas. Corpus Christi City Council members have been invited to attend.
