The City of Corpus Christi Library Department invites all readers to the 6th Annual Teen Bookfest by the Bay. The free event encourages South Texas teens to fall in love with reading, meet some of their favorite young adult authors, and discuss their favorite stories.
The one-day event will feature book signings, author panels, writing and illustration workshops, and book shops. The City Libraries’ staff will also host activities for families. Attendees can check out Star War VR adventures, R2-D2 crafts, and even experience the Discovery Dome.
The festival takes place Saturday, January 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the American Bank Center, 1901 N. Shoreline Boulevard.
