Why are there buoys in the lake?
The buoys are placed in the lake to keep a safe distance between the sunrise beach guests and the dam structure. Under no circumstance are guests or nearby residents allowed to go past the buoys, this is to protect human health and safety and to follow the dam's rules and regulations.
