What do I need for the application?
- A list of all owners, operators, and agents (if applicable) of the short-term rental including names, addresses, current email addresses, and telephone numbers.
- A sketch of the floor plan that identifies sleeping areas, proposed maximum number of guests, evacuation route(s), and location of fire extinguisher(s).
- The name, address, and 24-hour telephone number of a contact person (owner, operator, or designated agent) who shall be responsible and authorized to respond to complaints concerning the use of the STR.
- A sworn, self-certification that the owner of the STR has met and will continue to comply with the standards and other requirements including but not limited to: maintenance of insurance coverage and annual inspections of required fire extinguishers in compliance with the city’s current fire code.
- The permit fee (accepted via debit/credit card through the online portal).
