The City’s Planning and Community Development Department (PCDD) is providing affordable housing providers and non-profit organizations with this Notice of Funding Availability regarding federal grant funds from the HOME-ARP Program. This funding is made available for Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and supportive services.
Staff will hold a Technical Assistance (TA) workshop meeting for the HOME-ARP NOFAs. The purpose of the TA workshop is to provide HOME-ARP program information and answer questions regarding the NOFAs and the process. All interested persons are invited to attend the following meeting. One-on-one interviews will be scheduled for all applicants who have not previously received federal funding for a project within the last year or as deemed necessary.

HOME-ARP Supportive Services NOFA
El Departamento de Planificación y Desarrollo Comunitario de la Ciudad (PCDD, por sus siglas en inglés) está proporcionando a los proveedores de viviendas asequibles y organizaciones sin fines de lucro este Aviso de Disponibilidad de Fondos a cerca de los fondos de subvenciones federales del Programa HOME-ARP. El personal llevará a cabo una reunión de taller de Asistencia Técnica (AT) para el HOME-ARP NOFAs. El propósito del taller de AT es proporcionar información sobre el programa HOME-ARP y responder preguntas sobre el NOFAs y el proceso. Se invita a todas las personas interesadas a asistir a la siguiente reunión. Se programarán entrevistas individuales para todos los solicitantes que no hayan recibido previamente fondos federales para un proyecto en el último año o según se considere necesario.
