The contractor is currently working on waterline and stormwater line installation.

The contractor is finishing phase 2 of the project and has completed the installation of all stormwater inlets and underground utilities. They have begun laying asphalt all the way to the Palm Drive intersection. The contractor has started removing the existing asphalt in Phase 3 as well.
August 17, 2023
The contractor is currently in Phase 2 of the project and they’re working on the installation of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as well as limestone installation from Port Ave to Palm Dr. They have completed the waterline and stormwater installation.
July 14, 2023
The contractor has completed the installation of the waterline in all of phase 2. They are currently working on adding limestone and forming curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.

The contractor has completed the demolition of the east bound side of Leopard Street from Doss to Port Avenue. They have also completed the installation of a waterline, storm water infrastructure, manholes, a driveway, and some curbs and gutters in the same area.
