The scope of these 2 projects includes reconstruction of the existing 4-lane roadway and center two-way left-turn lane. This will include new HMAC pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA-compliant curb ramps, concrete bus pads, traffic signalization upgrades, signage, and pavement markings. Utility improvements include water, wastewater, and storm water.
The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
