The Unified Development Code (UDC) ensures orderly development and impacts your quality of life every day, whether you are a resident, business owner, or a developer. The UDC provides development standards that build Corpus Christi and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).

Several provisions of the UDC are being updated in FY23-24. Zoning district consolidation, overlay and special districts, landscaping/buffers, off-street parking, subdivisions, traffic impact analysis, and rough proportionality are among the topics to be addressed.
If you have questions or comments you can submit here or by emailing DSOutreach@cctexas.com.
