CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

HUD regulations require the development of a five-year strategy through the Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan (CP/AAP) that will bring needs and resources together to achieve the goals that principally serve low to moderate income persons to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment and expand economic opportunities.  The City developed a new five-year CP/AAP in 2008 for 2008-2012.  

A one-year Annual Action Plan describes the activities and projects to be assisted with funds received under the CDBG, HOME, ESG and other HUD programs that help to meet housing and community development objectives as they relate to the five-year Consolidated Plan.
