Our Utility Business Office is near completion on our transition to our new Utility Billing Software.

We now have available our Online Payment Portal. Please be sure to have your new account number (found on your December statement) to register and pay your bill. If you do not have your new account number, please contact (361) 826-3404 for assistance.

Your billing statements may have a new appearance, account number, arrival time, due date, and you may receive duplicate billing statements due to the software conversion. Because of the inconvenience, no late penalties or shut-offs for non-payment will occur until the transition is complete.
