Services are free. To schedule an appointment, call 361-826-7200. TST and IGRA Tuberculosis testing are offered at this time.
Birth and Death Certificates (Vital Records – Located at City Hall)
Certified Copies of Birth and Death Certificates are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The office can be reached at (361) 826-7229.

Immunizations
The Health District Immunization Clinic sees patients by walk-in or by appointment. The Immunizations clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Clinic is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Inspections, Permits and Courses for Food Handlers
Food handlers can learn about food inspections, permits and available courses.
Laboratory Services
Services provided include environmental bacterial testing on drinking, marine and sea water, as well as clinical testing for sexually transmitted and other infectious diseases.
Mental Health and Case Management
In partnership with the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation, mental health and case management services are now available Monday through Friday. Appointments required. Insurance, private pay, and sliding scales are accepted.
Mosquito Spraying (Vector Control)
Corpus Christi Vector Control will continue spraying for adult mosquitoes. Spray routes are determined after checking mosquitoes traps and those areas with the highest concentration of mosquitoes will be targeted first. Tentative Spraying Route Schedule is available.
Public Health Emergency Preparedness
Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) provides vital services to the public, such as disease surveillance, investigations and reporting of diseases in Nueces County.
Restaurant Inspection Scores

STD's & HIV-AIDS
The STD/HIV Clinic hours are from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday with a lunch break between 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Walk ins are accepted, no appointment necessary.
