For new service, to transfer or disconnect water services, or for questions, please call the City's Customer Call Center at 826-2489, use the automated IVR phone service at
885-0751 or visit the Customer Online Center.
Emergency Service
Water crews are available to respond to customer calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Call the City's Customer Service Center at (361) 826-CITY (2489) for the following emergencies:

No water service
- Water line break
- Leak at the meter
- Fire hydrant leak
- Clean meter box
- Clogged storm water drain
- Conduct meter flow test
- Other water problems
