providing "One-Stop Housing Services" for low income households through several federally-funded and locally funded housing programs, assisting both existing homeowners and interested home buyers

 

Mission


The mission of Neighborhood Services is to protect and improve the quality of life, health, and welfare of Corpus Christi citizens by assisting in the maintenance and development of safe and viable neighborhoods; to ensure the health and life safety of citizens of Corpus Christi by obtaining compliance with the technical construction codes adopted by the City; and to protect and improve the quality of life, health and welfare of the community through enforcement of the housing, health and zoning regulations.
