Please provide your input by completing the Community Survey, which is available in both English and Spanish.  The results of this survey will go into the City’s 5-year plan and will identify those needs which are high to low priority and no priority.  These needs will serve as the priorities for funding in the next five years.  Please take the time to fill out this survey.  It takes approximately 3-5 minutes.

Fair Housing Focus Groups &
Consolidated Plan

The City of Corpus Christi’s Neighborhood Service Department is in the process of working on its 2013-2017 Consolidated Annual Action Plan and the Fair Housing Analysis of Impediments.

Community input is a valuable part of that process. Along with a Community Survey, three public forums were held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at three separate times during the day in order to receive the best feedback.  These meetings assisted in getting public input for the use of the federal funds received by NSD from HUD for the next five years.  Public input is important in determining the needs of specific services provided by the grants.  The grants received by NSD are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Grant.
