Chief Robert Rocha | Robert Rocha retired as Senior Deputy Fire Chief with the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department after 28 years of service. He started as a Firefighter in 1982 and progressed through the ranks serving as a Fire Apparatus Operator, Fire Captain, Battalion Chief, Fire Marshal, Assistant Fire Chief and as Deputy Chief.
Robert has an Associates of Applied Science Degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College where he majored in Fire Science. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University where he majored in Management. Robert has completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Robert is also a graduate of the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland and is certified by the state of Kansas as a Project Manager.
MISSION
The Corpus Christi Fire Department is part of an overall public safety and protection system. The main function is to protect life, property, and the assets of the City from any emergency situation through preparedness, prevention, public education, the development and enforcement of fire codes, emergency medical services, fire suppression and hazardous material incident response. The Corpus Christi Fire Department is always "Seeking Opportunities to Serve" Corpus Christi citizens. |
