In September 2013, the handling of past due City of Corpus Christi utility bills changed in an effort to reduce bad debt and gain consistency. The new method mainly impacts customers who habitually pay late, don’t pay their utility balances in full every month, or receive disconnection notices.
The Utilities Business Office is responsible for connecting, billing and reading new and existing service(s) for Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste, and Gas. You can inquire about existing accounts, and report any problems you have with the service billing.

Wastewater Winter Quarter Averaging
“Winter Average” charges shall apply to one family residential customers only. The “winter average” will be calculated using the following method:
