LARGE PROJECTS (OVER $50,000)

BAYFRONT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, PHASE 3 (BOND 2008) SHORELINE BLVD. REALIGNMENT – PROJ. NO. 6511

Addendum 1

Consisting of construction of approximately 5,000 linear feet of Arterial Roadway, including approximately 7,000 square yards of new sidewalks and 36 new ADA curb ramps, 2,200 linear feet of various sized new water lines, 1100 linear feet of various sized new wastewater lines, 2,100 linear feet of various sized storm water lines with new manholes and inlets, street signage, pavement markings and traffic signal systems; Pavement includes approximately 11,000 square yards of new asphaltic concrete pavement, 25,000 square yards of asphalt planing and overlay, 1,300 square yards of reinforced concrete pavement, and 8,400 linear foot of concrete curb and gutter; including all appurtenances and associated work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., on June 12, 2013 and will be conducted by the City. The location of the meeting will be the Department of Engineering Services Main Conference Room, Third Floor, City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX.

FIRE STATION NO. 5 RELOCATION RE-BID BOND 2008 – PROJ. NO. 5245

Project consists of the demolition of a two-story building, and the construction of a single story fire station and a separate joint use building. Site improvements consist of existing paving demolition and new concrete paving drives and parking area, limited curb and gutter reconstruction, new site utilities, off-site utility tie-ins and street work, and lawn areas. Building construction consists of tilt-up concrete wall panels, steel framed roof system, drilled pier and suspended floor system, storefront openings, drywall partitions, flooring, suspended ceiling systems, hollow metal and plastic laminate doors, millwork, and HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical systems, in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2013 and will be conducted by the City. The location of the meeting will be the Department of Engineering Services Main Conference Room, Third Floor, City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX.
