The mission of the Backflow Cross-Connection Control Program is to ensure the safety of the potable water supplied to customers.

The City of Corpus Christi established its program in 1996 to protect potable water and is now tracking testable backflow prevention assemblies.  We perform surveys to identify possible cross-connections and inspections for proper installation of backflow prevention assemblies.
