Providing Fast, Flexible Access and Responsive Service

 

The Customer Service Center provides multi-channels for citizens to connect with the City - phone, walk-in, web, mobile, IVR and Facebook. The Customer Call Center provides one number for citizens to call for assistance with questions, complaints and requests for services. Call Center representatives are available with information and ready to address your concerns and issue work orders for service requests. UTILITY ACCOUNTS - Press ONE for Utility Services and then ONE for Utility Accounts.

 

Call agents will assist you with questions regarding your monthly utility bill, arrange for someone to show you how to read your meter, help you set up new service, and assist you with other needs pertaining to your City of Corpus Christi utilities.

 

Information on utility accounts also is available through the Utility Business Office website. Through these online services, you can pay your bill online and learn about other payment options, get information on rate schedules and winter averaging, and find out more about meter reading.

 


 

UTILITY DEPARTMENT SERVICES - Press ONE for Utility Services and then TWO for Utility Department Services (Gas, Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water).

 

You can report a water or gas leak, gas odor, a water main break, a wastewater back-up into the home or yard, or grass clippings being blown into the street.

 

Information on utility departments also is available through the Gas,Wastewater,Water,and Storm Water websites. Through these online services, you can read about the Gas Department's rebate program, get current lake levels and pass-thru reports, take a virtual tour of a wastewater plant, and get information on educational, environmental and pollution prevention programs and services.

 


 

ANIMAL CARE - Press TWO

 

Call agents will assist you with questions regarding location and hours of operation of the City's Animal Care facility, adoption and impound fees, pet licensing, spaying or neutering, lost animals, loose or dead animals, and other animal issues.

 

Information on animal services also is available through the Animal Care website. Through these online services, you can apply for a pet licenses or search for a lost pet.

 


 

CODE ENFORCEMENT - Press THREE

 

Call agents will assist you with questions and service requests to report possible premise code violations, such as high weeds, illegal dumping, illegal set out of heavy brush or bulky items, junked motor vehicles, illegal signs, right-of-way obstructions, substandard structures, and open storage of appliances, trash, or debris on the property where someone is residing.

 

Information on code enforcement also is available through the Code Enforcement website. Through these online services, you can learn more about the City's anti-litter ordinances, education programs, and how to report illegal dumping.

 


 

SOLID WASTE SERVICES, STREETS, or OTHER CITY SERVICES - Press FIVE

 

Call agents will assist you with questions regarding garbage and brush collection, carts, recycling, holiday schedules, the City landfill, and other solid waste service issues.

 

Information on solid waste services also is available through the Solid Waste Services website. Through these online services, you can get collection schedules and maps for garbage, heavy brush, yard waste, bulky items and recycling; dates for special events such as Free Disposal Day, and information about household hazardous waste and landfill disposal.

 

Call agents also can assist you with questions regarding street maintenance and repair, pot holes, traffic signals, traffic signs and markings, residential speed humps, and other street issues.

 

Information on street services also is available through the Street Services website. Through these online services, you can get more information on street maintenance. The Engineering website has information on residential traffic management, traffic signals and traffic signs and markings.  The smart phone application, CCMobile, is an easy way to report pot holes and other problems.

 


 

GRAFFITI - Press SIX

 

Call agents will assist you with questions and service requests regarding graffiti problems in our community.

 

Information on graffiti removal also is available through the Graffiti website. Through these online services, you can review the Graffiti Ordinance, submit a Graffiti Removal Consent Form and report graffiti locations. A scrolling message indicates where the graffiti removal truck in currently located.
