Call agents will assist you with questions regarding your monthly utility bill, arrange for someone to show you how to read your meter, help you set up new service, and assist you with other needs pertaining to your City of Corpus Christi utilities.
Information on utility accounts also is available through the Utility Business Office website. Through these online services, you can pay your bill online and learn about other payment options, get information on rate schedules and winter averaging, and find out more about meter reading.
UTILITY DEPARTMENT SERVICES - Press ONE for Utility Services and then TWO for Utility Department Services (Gas, Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water).
You can report a water or gas leak, gas odor, a water main break, a wastewater back-up into the home or yard, or grass clippings being blown into the street.
Information on utility departments also is available through the Gas,Wastewater,Water,and Storm Water websites. Through these online services, you can read about the Gas Department's rebate program, get current lake levels and pass-thru reports, take a virtual tour of a wastewater plant, and get information on educational, environmental and pollution prevention programs and services.
ANIMAL CARE - Press TWO
Call agents will assist you with questions regarding location and hours of operation of the City's Animal Care facility, adoption and impound fees, pet licensing, spaying or neutering, lost animals, loose or dead animals, and other animal issues.
Information on animal services also is available through the Animal Care website. Through these online services, you can apply for a pet licenses or search for a lost pet.

Call agents will assist you with questions and service requests to report possible premise code violations, such as high weeds, illegal dumping, illegal set out of heavy brush or bulky items, junked motor vehicles, illegal signs, right-of-way obstructions, substandard structures, and open storage of appliances, trash, or debris on the property where someone is residing.

The Engineering website has information on residential traffic management, traffic signals and traffic signs and markings. The smart phone application, CCMobile, is an easy way to report pot holes and other problems.

Information on graffiti removal also is available through the Graffiti website. Through these online services, you can review the Graffiti Ordinance, submit a Graffiti Removal Consent Form and report graffiti locations.
